Parameters:

lineNum - the line number for this line

revision - the revision of the last change.

revProps - the revision properties for this revision.

mergedRevision - the revision of the last merged change.

mergedRevProps - the revision properties for the last merged change.

mergedPath - the path of the last merged change.

line - the line in the file.

localChange - true if the line was locally modified.
