Whether Subversion can store the path in a repository.

isURL

public static boolean isURL(java.lang.String path)

Whether a URL is valid. Implementation may behave differently than svn_path_is_url().

Parameters:

path - The Subversion "path" to inspect.

Returns:

Whether path is a URL.

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - If path is null.
